Biography
Mr. Ruud Hendriks serves as Director and Board Member at Kos. He has been working in the asset management industry for over 35 years. In the course of his international career, he has held senior roles at some of the most recognized names in the business. After ‘retiring’ at Goldman Sachs in 2009 he had various positions: Senior advisor to Lombard Odier Senior advisor to KKR Senior advisor to AchmeaIM Senior advisor to Citi Non Executive board member of Man Group PLC Currently he is: Chairman of the advisory board at Financial Assets Member of the independent advisory board of Alternatives 4 Children Advisor to van Lanschot Kempen wealth management. Advisor to Goldman Sachs wealth management. Board Member of Kos. Previously, he worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management which he joined in 2001 as managing director, becoming co head of sales for Europe, M iddle East and Africa in 2006. He retired from Goldman Sachs in 2009. Prior to joining GSAM, he worked for Rodamco, the property fund of the Robeco Group, between 1980 and 1996. He was a member of the Rodamco Executive Board between 1991 to 1996. He then moved to become Senior Vice President, Global Head of Institutional Sales at Robeco. He earned his MA in Private Law from the Free University in Amsterdam in 1972. |

Biography
Dr. Edward Griffor serves as Director and Board Member at Kos. He is the Associate Director for Cyber-Physical Systems of the Smart Grid and Cyber-Physical Systems Program Office of National Institute of Standards and Technology. He was, until July 2015 when he joined NIST, one of the three original Walter P. Chrysler Technical Fellows, one of the highest technical positions in the industry and one that represents technical excellence throughout the global sector, from the automotive to the aerospace, medical, and computing industries. He is the Chairman of the Chrysler Technology Council and of The MIT Alliance, a professional association of scientists, engineers, and business experts trained at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He later held faculty positions at the University of Oslo in Norway, Uppsala University in Sweden, the Catholic University of Santiago in Chile, and other foreign institutions as well as having taught at Harvard, MIT, and Tufts University in the U.S. He is regarded as a world expert in the use of mathematical methods for developing electronic controls and Embedded SW Engineering used in the design of advanced adaptive technologies for Cyber-Physical Systems. In addition to his work at Chrysler Group LLC, he is an Adjunct Professor at the Center for Molecular Medicine and Genetics of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MCASTL, the US Department of Transportation-funded Michigan Center for Advancing Safe Transportation throughout the Lifespan at the University of Michigan, and of the Board of Directors of the VIIC (US Department of Transportation and US Federal Highway funded Vehicle Infrastructure Integration Consortium). He sits on the Board of Directors of the MITEF (Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum). He completed his doctoral studies in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at MIT in 1980 and was NSF/NATO Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Oslo in Norway from 1980-83. |

Biography
Mr. Trevor Barran serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Kos. He has a breadth of experience developing and executing investment strategies across multiple industries including financial services, healthcare, real estate, and technology. For the last decade, he has focused on scaling proptech companies and recently co-sponsored a $230M proptech SPAC, Lionheart Acquisition Corp II (LCAP) where he served as Director and Chief Operating Officer. Trevor is also a senior advisor with Drake Star Partners, a boutique technology-oriented investment bank with a sector focus on technology, including Esports. He is an experienced entrepreneur and brings founder empathy to his dialogue with management teams. His startup and corporate growth achievements include founding and growing a boutique consulting firm to 35 consultants, growing a tech firm (Screaming Media) from 30 to 300 employees concluding in a successful IPO, founding and growing a construction company focused on off-grid resorts to 250 employees, establishing and launching a heart valve company globally and Managing C-suite management consulting and corporate investment engagements to the fortune 100. His background in analytics and exits gives quantitative rigor to CloudTree, including technical/code underwriting and value creation strategies. He has completed post-graduate studies in evolutionary computation and holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. |
